This forest blackberry jam is made with handpicked wild blackberries from the spontaneous flora of the Cindrel mountains. Crafted by Cămara Pogana, in a breathtaking area of Romania, nestled halfway along one of Romania's most beautiful mountain roads 'Transalpina'. It is made according to a traditional recipe, using only two ingredients: wild blackberries and sugar, that's it. Absolutely no additives or preservatives, just a pure taste of nature preserved in every jar.
Known for their bold and wine-like flavour, the blackberries are gathered at their ripest, offering this jam an intensely fruity taste that is naturally sweet. Perfect for spreading on fresh bread, swirling into yoghurt or enjoying with a cheeseboard, each spoonful brings a taste of the forest to your table.
