Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We are based in the UK and deliver to any mainland UK destination.
Delivery to other countries can be requested & potentially arranged by emailing info@de-mana.com. Delivery costs & timescales for additional locations will vary. See our full shipping policy for further details. 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Our standard delivery charge is £4.90 and our express service is £6.50. 

DO WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

We provide a free standard delivery service to mainland UK addresses when spending over £40.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DE MÂNĂ ORDER?

If you place your order before 12pm the following applies:
Standard mainland UK delivery takes 2-4 working days.
Express mainland UK delivery takes 1-2 working days.

Please note for all orders, deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. If placing an order after 12pm on a Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be provided a tracking code via email when your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your order until it arrives with you.

CAN I LEAVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS/ SAFE PLACE

After you have placed your order with De Mână you will be contacted by the courier company to ask if you have any specific delivery instructions such as leaving your order in a specified safe place or at a neighbours address.

CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER?

If you wish to add something to an order after it has been placed, please contact info@de-mana.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will try to arrange this for you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact info@de-mana.com. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to cancel the order for you.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. To request a return for all or part of your order please contact us at info@de-mana.com. To return an item it must be unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. Please note you will be responsible for paying your own shipping when returning any orders. We do not refund the original shipping paid for the order. See our full returns policy section for more details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY DOES NOT ARRIVE ON THE EXPECTED DAY OR I AM NOT AT HOME?

Whilst we make every attempt to deliver on the specified day, we use a third party delivery service and cannot guarantee it in every case. In the event that your order is not delivered on the specified day or you are not at home when delivery is attempted, your order will normally be delivered the following day.
