Lădița Verde

WHO IS LĂDIȚA VERDE?

Lădița Verde is a family run business founded by Adri and Andrei in the village of Macea, Arad county. In 2017, they left behind the bustle of city life and planted roots in the countryside, guided by a desire to reconnect with the land. Their vision was simple but profound: to grown fruits and vegetables in a natural, less industrialised environment, creating food that nourished families and fosters healthier habits for the next generation.

WHAT DO THEY DO?

Adri and Adrei cultivate their own fruits and vegetables and turn them into a variety of homemade preserves. Every jar is made in small batches with care, reflecting both tradition and the couple's commitment to sustainability. They see their work as more than farming and cooking, it is a way to shorten the distance between local producers and the people who enjoy their food, encouraging a closer relationship with what ends up on the table.

THE PRODUCE...

Lădița Verde offers a collection of fruit jams and vegetable preserves, all made with produce grown in their fields and gardens. Their range includes traditional favourites such as sour cherry jam, green walnut jam and quince jam, alongside savoury specialities like their kapia peppers in mustard sauce. From slow cooked zăcuscă to sweet seasonal jams, their products are a celebration of simplicity and authenticity. Each jar captures the flavour of a countryside harvest and the warmth of a family kitchen.
