Melinis use advanced crystallisation technology to create this product, which allows for the combination or fusion of the bitter cherries with natural acacia honey at temperatures below 35 degrees. This allows for the fruits to stay whole and keep all of their nutritional properties and vitamins, it also enhances the aroma and flavour of the fruits.
