This velvety spread combines raw Romanian acacia honey, raw raspberries and 100% cocoa bean to bar chocolate, to create a naturally sweet and intensely aromatic treat. The raspberries bring a bright, fresh tartness, while the honey adds gentle sweetness and the chocolate introduces deep cocoa notes for a beautifully balanced flavour.
The base of this Melinis cream is made simply from raw honey & raspberries, combined at low temperatures without boiling to preserve their natural taste. To this, bean to bar chocolate made from pure cocoa beans is added, giving the spread its rich texture and depth,
