Unwind with our sleep easy bedtime tea, a carefully crafted blend designed to gently guide you into a restful night's sleep. The soothing herbal infusion combines the calming properties of st john's-wort, rosehip, lemon balm, hawthorn, dandelion, heath speedwell, cowslip, lavender and sage.

A complex herbal tea product containing 9 medicinal plants, whose natural active properties provide beneficial effects on the quality of sleep. This tea should be used for its sedative, relaxing and calming action. It can be used to provide relief for insomnia, prolonged periods of stress, tense situations, jet lag or any situation in which the need for emotional balance is felt.

Preparation: In a cup of tea (250 ml) pour hot water over a spoonful of the tea and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

The medicinal plants and fruits that are used as ingredients for the products made by Măgură Monastery are collected from the spontaneous flora of the surroundings of the monastery, in the area of ​​the Cindrel Mountains or are grown in the monastery's herb garden. The entire process, from picking, drying, shredding, preparation, packaging and labelling, is done by hand. Their recipes are their own and are based on old traditional and monastic remedies. The preparation processes aim to preserve the natural properties of the plants and fruits used.
