Made with elderflowers gathered in Transylvania and fermented slowly, Soculent's watermelon socată offers a light, refreshing flavour that's both familiar and intriguing. Sweet, tangy and slightly sparkling, it's a taste of summer in a can.
The process is as simple as it is special:
- Elderflowers are infused in pure water.
- The resulting infusion is fermented slowly, developing its light fizz and gentle tang,
- The drink is carefully filtered to capture freshness in every sip.
Made with only natural ingredients, elderflowers from Transylvania and real watermelon juice, this alcohol-free drink is both nourishing and fun. Perfect on its own, it also shines when paired with gin, vodka or prosecco.

Ingredients
Water, sugar, fermented compound (water, sugar, lemon juice and elderflower), lemon juice obtained from concentrate (2.3%), directly squeezed lemon juice (2%), carbon dioxide, watermelon juice, black carrot concentrate as a natural colouring agent.
