The dandelion flowers are collected every year from Cămara de la Munte's very own garden. The fluffy, yellow flowers are carefully combined with fresh lemon juice, sugar & spring water to make this precious syrup that stores the energy of the Spring sun. The syrup is golden in colour and has a distinctive sweet, honey flavour it makes the perfect alternative to maple syrup or honey - serve it on pancakes, yoghurt or porridge.
The flowers are collected by hand in the heart of the Apuseni mountains in Transylvania. The syrup is produced in small batches from spontaneous mountain flora. 100% natural & free from flavours, dyes & preservatives.
Shake well before use. Recommended dilution is 1:5.
