Combined with risotto rice, this ready to use mix makes it easy to prepare a light and aromatic risotto that celebrates the simple, fresh tastes of the season.
How to enjoy...
Fry the contents with 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes. Add 50ml of white wine and let it boil until it evaporates. Gradually add, in small doses 600ml of broth or water and leave on a low heat for 20 minutes. Finally mix with a little butter and serve with Parmesan cheese to taste.
