Description
Pickled green tomatoes, or gogonele, are a true favourite in Romanian kitchen. Harvested before they ripen, the firm green tomatoes are preserved in a fragrant brine with horseradish, garlic, dill, thyme and spices, creating a pickle that is crisp, tangy and wonderfully aromatic.
This traditional preserve is made by Cămara Pogană, using carefully selected vegetables and a classic combination of herbs and spices. These pickled tomatoes are the perfect accompaniment to hearty dishes, roasted meats, stews or traditional platters, they are crisp, refreshing and full of flavour.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened.
