Carefully dehydrated to preserve nutrients and flavour, without dyes or preservatives, this ready to use mix makes it simple to cook a comforting risotto that's full of depth, aroma and natural goodness.
How to enjoy...
Fry the contents with 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes. Add 50ml of white wine and let it boil until it evaporates. Gradually add, in small doses 650ml of broth or water and leave on a low heat. Finally mix with a little butter and serve with cheese for a velvety texture.
