In Livstory's micro-factory in Brașov, bean to bar chocolate is crafted by hand in small batches, using only ethically sourced cocoa and organic, unrefined cane sugar. This bar begins with single origin cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador, known for their balanced profile of ripe fruit, warm spices and gentle bitterness.
To this smooth 67% semi-sweet dark chocolate, Livstory adds just 3% chilli powder, creating a bar that is rich and silk at first taste, slowly building to a gentle heat that lingers on the palate. The interplay of deep cocoa and warming spice is bold yet refines - never overwhelming, always in balance.
Made with just four pure ingredients - cocoa beans, cocoa butter, organic cane sugar and chilli, this bar is free from preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. A modern take on an ancient pairing, a chocolate with energy, elegance and a touch of fire.
