Bilberries or 'forest blueberries', the treasures of the forest are bathed in acacia honey in its purest form, to create an ideal sweet-sour dessert which a deep blue violet colour. The bilberries remain intact as whole fruits and pop in your mouth, giving an incomparable flavour.
