Description
Organically grown tarragon by Land Luft, with absolutely no pesticides ar chemical fertilisers. Tarragon which is also knows as "little dragon" due to its slender pointed leaves that are reminiscent of a dragons tongue. It's a herb that reminds us of the French royal kitchen where it has reigned as an essential ingredient in the classic bearnaise sauce. It has a rich aroma and flavour with aniseed and citrus notes.
Tarragon is not just a simple spice, it is a medicinal plant with a rich history, valued since ancient times for its beneficial properties. Rich in antioxidants, tarragon can help strengthen the immune system and has anti-inflammatory and digestive properties.
