This blackberry and bullace ketchup is handmade in small batches, using only fresh, carefully selected ingredients - with no additives, artificial preservatives or refine sugar. Instead, it is naturally balanced with acacia honey, apple cider vinegar and a touch of Celtic salt.
The flavour is both vibrant and refined with the juicy sweetness of ripe blackberries meeting the lively acidity of bullace, creating a fine textured and intense flavoured condiment, that is a healthy alternative to a classic ketchup.
