Made from ripe chilli peppers, red peppers, sugar, vinegar and a carefully balanced blend of spices, this jam delivers a rich, velvety sweetness followed by a gentle, warming heat. It pairs perfectly with cheeses, roasted meats, sandwiches or even as a glaze for grilled vegetables.
