Description
This natural bilberry jam is made with absolutely no added sugar - 100% bilberries. The Apuseni mountains in Transylvania are rich with precious bilberries known as wild 'forest blueberries' in Romania. With a black, blue, misty colour they have a sweet and sour taste.
The wild mountain blueberries are picked, sorted and washed by hand. The jam is produced in small batches from spontaneous mountain flora in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, by hand. 100% natural & free from flavours, dyes & preservatives.
