This sea buckthorn powder is made from 100% garden grown, whole sea buckthorn berries including the seeds. The fruits are air dried and finely milled to create this superfood that can contribute to a healthy immune system as well as reducing inflammation, tiredness & fatigue and boosting skin & heart health. A true nutritional powerhouse that is naturally rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
The powder has a refreshingly sour, citrus taste typical to that of the sea buckthorn berry. It is the perfect energising ingredient to add to on the go snacks such as smoothies, yoghurts, breakfast bowls or fruit juice. To harness the benefits of this product, the recommended intake is 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Each pot of sea buckthorn powder contains over 1kg of fresh sea buckthorn berries. The product contains absolutely no added sugar, additives or preservatives.
