WHO IS MIAM?
Miam is a small family business founded in Câmpulung Muscel, who aim to bring you the taste of fruits grown at altitude.
WHAT DO THEY DO?
They process fruits collected from the spontaneous flora, but also from small local farmers to prepare natural jams and syrups, without preservatives or dyes.
THE PRODUCE...
Because they use only natural ingredients, their products are based on only 3 ingredients - fruit, sugar and lemon juice. The lack of automation allows them to sort, prepare and pack with greater care, which gives their products a superior quality.
