Description
This natural bilberry syrup is made with absolutely no added sugar - 100% bilberries. The Apuseni mountains in Transylvania are rich with precious bilberries known as wild 'forest blueberries' in Romania. With a black, blue, misty colour they have a sweet and sour taste. This makes for a super refreshing drink when combined with sparkling spring water and fresh lemon juice.
The wild mountain blueberries are picked, sorted and washed by hand. The syrup is produced in small batches from spontaneous mountain flora. 100% natural & free from flavours, dyes & preservatives.
Shake well before use. Recommended dilution is 1:5.
