It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary.
Consumption: To prepare the tea, add a teaspoon of the mix to 250ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Consume 3 cups per day, half a hour before main meals. This tea has a purifying role, helping to cleanse the blood of toxins, microbes and fats for visibly healthy skin.
