Description
Acacia honey combined with beautiful Transylvanian walnuts. A fine mono-floral, almost transparent liquid honey which is considered one of the most important honeys in Romania. This organic, acacia honey has a clean, floral aroma and a sweet, delicate flavour with notes of vanilla. It is much lighter and easier on the palette than a number of honeys with a more fresh, citrus flavour.
Acacia honey produced from the old acacia forests in Transylvania. It remains liquid without crystallisation for much longer than traditional honeys, which makes it perfect to add to straight to drinks and food. It pairs superbly well with a soft blue cheese or simply slather it on toast.
100% natural, cold extracted honey that is certified organic. The honey is unpasteurised, untreated and unheated free from additives to preserve all natural enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.
Please be aware that honey crystallises over time due to its high sugar content, this is nothing to worry about, in fact it's a sign of a natural, unprocessed product as only pure honey does this. If you wish to melt the crystals simply place in a bowl of warm water.
