Description
These exceptional Marzano tomatoes are grown organically on the Land Luft farm, in the fertile plains of Satu Mare, where they are nourished by Transylvania's rich soil and ideal climate. The tomatoes are harvested by hand at peak ripeness, when their flavour, texture and natural sweetness are at their most intense.
Following the harvest, the tomatoes are semi-dried, gently and carefully, to preserve both the rich flavour and succulent texture. Halfway through the drying process they are immersed in a mixture of organic oil, vinegar, water and salt, creating a savoury infusion that deepens their taste and enhances their natural sweetness.
The result is a soft, juicy and flavourful tomato that bursts with warm notes of the garden, the subtle tang of vinegar and the smooth richness of oil. Perfect for antipasto platters, pasta dishes, sandwiches or salads.
