This tea stands out for its diverse composition and for its help in the treatment of conditions such as migraines, stress, insomnia, mental fatigue, anxiety, depression, behavioural disorders, dizziness and agitation.
This tea has a calming effect on the nervous system and is composed of a complex blend of medicinal herbs that include motherwort, cornflower, hawthorn, wild thyme, common hop, nettle, valerian and geranium phaeum. The tea also brings an increased supply of iron, making it beneficial in the case of an iron deficiency or anemia.
It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary.
Consumption: To prepare the tea, add 1 teaspoon of the mix to 250ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. To benefit from optimal therapeutic effects, it is recommended to consume 3 cups of tea a day.
Treatment is indicated for 1-3 months, depending on the age and severity of the condition. For a synergistic effect, you can combine the tea with out hawthorn & valerian tincture.
During the treatment period it is recommended to avoid excessive consumption of coffee, alcohol and carbonated drinks.
