It has anti-rheumatic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, nerve sedative, tonic and remineralising properties.
This special blend of medicinal herbs has been specifically chosen for their remarkable properties in promoting joint health. The ingredients include European ash, field bindweed, willow bark, juniper & silver birch.
It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary.
Consumption: To prepare the tea, add 2 tablespoons of the mixture in 500ml of cold water and leave overnight. Next, boil the mixture and then leave to cool. Consume 150ml of this tea before main meals, 3 times per day. For best results, avoid fatty, spicy or salty foods. The duration of the treatment can vary from 1-3 months or more, depending on the age and severity of the condition.
