Melinis use advanced crystallisation technology to create this product, which allows for the combination or fusion of the blackberries with natural polyfloral honey at temperatures below 35 degrees. This allows for the fruits and the honey to retain all of their nutritional properties and vitamins, it also enhances the aroma and flavour of the fruits.
