Description
Bundles of elderflowers are collected at the end of spring in Sibiu County to create this delectable syrup. These white, fragrant bouquets are combined with fresh lemon juice, sugar & pure, spring water to make this delicious drink that has a sweet, fresh & punchy fragrant flavour. This syrup is fab served with vanilla ice cream and summer berries or made into the tastiest lemonade with sparkling spring water.
The syrup is produced in small batches and is 100% natural & free from flavourings, dyes & preservatives.
Shake well before use. Recommended dilution is 1:5.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
