May blossom honey is a type of honey produced from the nectar of flowers that bloom in May, often considered the first honey of the Spring. In this case it is a unique and beautiful blend of fruit tree blossom, acacia blossom and dandelion honey. The honey has an outstanding light amber to pale yellow colour and a distinctive floral flavour profile. Enjoy the pure essence of spring with a honey that perfectly captures the vibrancy of the season. 

This may blossom honey is meticulously harvested from the pristine meadows and orchards of the Apuseni mountains. It is produced by beekeeper Mihai Grama, who is one of the most well known beekeepers in Romania. This is firstly dues to the quality of his honey and secondly due to his determination to promote Romanian mountain products. He has over 170 bee families in the Gilău area of apuseni and is one of the founding members of the 'Montain Product Association.'

100% natural, cold extracted honey, that is unpasteurised, untreated and unheated free from additives to preserve all natural enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

Please be aware that honey crystallises over time due to its high sugar content, this is nothing to worry about, in fact it's a sign of a natural, unprocessed product as only pure honey does this. If you wish to melt the crystals simply place in a bowl of warm water.
