This sour cherry jam prepare in the traditional dulceață style captures that tradition perfectly, with whole cherries suspended in a glossy cherry syrup, vibrant, tart and richly fruity with the unmistakable aroma of ripe summer cherries cooked to perfection to preserve their natural flavour.
Made with just two ingredients - sour cherries and sugar - absolutely nothing else, no artificial preservatives or flavourings, just the pure taste of fruit in every spoonful.
