WHO IS SUB CAPAC?

Sub Capac, meaning "under the lid", is the creation of Cosmina and her partner, two culinary dreamers who dared to put chilli oil on the map. What started as a playful food blog in 2015 grew into a bold adventure: leaving behind steady jobs to chase the spark of an idea. In 2024, on an ordinary Thursday, their signature chilli oil was "born" - a recipe so distinctive that it quickly became more than just a condiment, it became a cult favourite.
