A beautiful wild flower bee pollen harvested from Transylvania in May, June & July, dried by gentle methods to preserve all nutritional qualities. This 100% natural pollen comes from a multitude of wild flowers in either Sibiu County or the Mures Valley. It's beautiful colour varies just like the floral diversity of which it comes from.
Bee pollen may be small but it's a highly nutritious, superfood believed to contain more protein than any other animal product. This powerhouse food is loaded with Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and all the B's, nutrients, amino acids, omega 3 oils, folic acid, antioxidants and over 250 active substances. Its' exact nutrient composition will vary depending on the plant source and the season when collected.
We love them sprinkled over porridge, yoghurt, overnight oats, pancakes or in fact any brunch, smoothie or dessert!
