A beautiful, delicate dandelion bee pollen harvested from the Apuseni mountains in the late springtime, dried by gentle methods to preserve all nutritional qualities. This 100% natural bee pollen has a vivid, golden yellow colour.

Bee pollen may be small but it's a highly nutritious, superfood believed to contain more protein than any other animal product. This powerhouse food is loaded with Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and all the B's, nutrients, amino acids, omega 3 oils, folic acid, antioxidants and over 250 active substances. In particular the dandelion bee pollen is suggested to regulate and ensure proper functioning of the liver and strengthen the immune system.

We love them sprinkled over porridge, yoghurt, overnight oats or simply straight from the teaspoon.
