How to use:
Full ceremonial dose: 40g for a deeply immersive experience
Daily ritual: 10-15g in the morning for gently energy and focus
1. Heat 200ml - 250ml of water (or plant based milk for a creamier experience) until hot but not boiling.
2. Add the cacao to the liquid and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
3. Optional: Blend with spices such as cinnamon or chilli. Or add a natural sweetener such as honey or maple syrup.
4. Drink mindfully, in silence, in mediation or in a sacred place. Set an intention and connect with yourself.
