This apple juice is produced by 'Măr de Bran' in their organically certified orchards, between the Bucegi mountains and Piatra Craiului of Romania - a place of customs & tradition. Everything here is as nature intended... the apples redden only at the touch of the rain and sun.

'Măr de Bran' means the Apple of Bran... they encourage the simplicity of centuries worth of tradition and the authentic flavours of a truly natural product. Quality is their priority and this is why they only use apples of a local variety (a combination of Renet, Gustav and Pătul... plus others, the recipe is a secret!). Organic and naturally ripened, the apples keep their sweet yet sour aroma that gives the unique flavour of Măr de Bran juice, the taste of holidays.

The apples are pressed in the autumn, when they are freshly picked, full of nutrients and at their most complex flavour. After sorting and washing the apples they are chopped and passed through a press where the fresh juice comes out. The processing is absolutely minimal, the only technological process being the pasteurisation, which is done is such a way that the apple juice retains its' nutritional & health properties... 100% natural with no added water, no additives or preservatives.
