This bar begins with single origin cocoa beans from Nicaragua, prized for their smooth profile with hints of nuts, caramel and gentle fruit. To this rich foundation, Livstory adds speciality coffee beans (6.5%) and a touch of milk, creating a bar that bridges the intensity of dark chocolate with the creaminess of a milk based coffee.
The taste begins with deep cocoa and subtle fruitiness, followed by the roasted aroma of coffee, rounded off by a creamy velvety finish. The balance of bitter sweet cocoa, bold coffee and gentle milk make this bar both invigorating and indulgent.
