It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary.
Consumption: To prepare the tea, add 1 teaspoon of the mix to 250ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
For a blood sugar up to 150: one cup a day in the morning.
For a blood sugar between 150 and 250: two cups a day, morning and evening.
For a blood sugar over 250: three to four cups a day.
