It's an Asian style condiment made by infusing oil with 8 carefully chosen Asian spices, two varieties of chilli, earthy shiitake powder and golden garlic, to create a flavourful, complex and balanced blend.

How spicy is it? It's perfectly tolerable. Our desire was to emphasise the complexity of the flavours, even for people who don't eat spicy food.

How long does it last? Months if you keep it in the refrigerator.

Does it have seeds or nuts? Our chilli oil version does not contain seeds, nuts or soyabeans.

Will I be able to stop eating it? No.

What will happen if I give up chilli oil? We don't mind, but you won't be able to enjoy your food without it. It's just boring.
