Made with elderflowers gathered in Transylvania and fermented slowly, Soculent's watermelon socată offers a light, refreshing flavour that's both familiar and intriguing. The process is as simple as it is special:

- The resulting infusion is fermented slowly, developing its light fizz and gentle tang,

Ingredients
Water, sugar, fermented compound (water, sugar, lemon juice and elderflower), lemon juice obtained from concentrate (2.3%), directly squeezed lemon juice (2%), carbon dioxide, watermelon juice, black carrot concentrate as a natural colouring agent.
