In their Brașov micro factory, Livstory handcrafts bean to bar chocolate in small batches, using only pure and natural ingredients. This bar begins with smooth white chocolate, made form cocoa butter, unrefined cane sugar and milk, it is then enriched with freeze dried blueberries, which give it both a vivid purple colour and a burst of fruity flavour.
The taste is as striking as its appearance, creamy and sweet from the milk and cocoa butter, balance by the tart, tangy brightness of blueberries. Silk and indulgent yet refreshing, it's a bar that surprises with every bite.
Made from just four ingredients - cocoa butter, unrefined cane sugar, milk powder and freeze dried blueberries - this chocolate contains absolutely no colourings or artificial flavourings. Its rich hue and fruity notes come entirely from the blueberries themselves.
