This condiment mix is a blend of spices, herbs & flowers picked not only for the aromatic qualities but also for their medicinal ones. So not only will the food it's used with have an outstanding taste, colour & aroma but also a beneficial nutritional effect. The mix consists of chives, hyssop, garlic, dill, parsley, basil, onion, coriander, catnip mint, blue cornflowers & sunflower petals. It's great to use with meat, fish and vegetable dishes as a seasoning.
