Hand prepared by the nuns at Măgura Jina Monastery, this herbal bath blend is made from Romanian non-iodised salt and Epsom salts, enriched with fir tip, oregano and basil - plants traditionally associated with respiratory comfort and wellbeing. Fir brings a fresh, forest like clarity, while oregano and basil add warm, aromatic depth. Epsom salts are traditionally used to help relax muscles and ease tension, making this blend ideal for unwinding after a long day.

This pack includes a bath sachet which allows the ingredients to gently steep, releasing their natural properties into the bath for a revitalising soak. For best results, soak for 10-20 minutes, then rinse, dry, and moisturise the skin. Recommended for use once a week.
