A delicious mix of dried vegetables with the delicious addition of wild garlic, perfect for adding to the base of soups, sauces & stews. This mix contains carrot, celeriac, parsnip, parsley root, tomato, onion, red pepper, wild garlic, parsley leaf and celery leaf, it is 100% natural, with no added preservatives, additives or salt.
The vegetables are grown by locals who work the land in the fresh air of the Apuseni mountain region of Transylvania. They are then sorted by hand and dehydrated in the small workshop of 'Bunătăți Uscate'. They are dried using low temperatures so that the flavours are intensified and the products retain a high proportion of their nutrients & vitamins.
Bunătăți Uscate choose to live a life closer to nature. They have at their hands the wonders of the flora of the Apuseni mountains and they dedicate their products to loved ones that instilled the methods of preservations and showed them how important it is to enjoy the simple things.
