Description
A loose leaf, herbal tea infusion of dried dandelion plant. 100% natural & free from additives.
Preparation: In a cup of tea (250 ml) pour hot water over 1-2 teaspoons of the herb and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain. You can drink 2-3 cups a day before meals.
Dandelion can contribute to detoxification of the body, it can help with diseases of the liver & spleen as well as having a prebiotic effect.
The medicinal plants and fruits that are used as ingredients for the products made by Măgură Monastery are collected from the spontaneous flora of the surroundings of the monastery, in the area of the Cindrel Mountains or are grown in the monastery's herb garden. The entire process, from picking, drying, shredding, preparation, packaging and labelling, is done by hand. Their recipes are their own and are based on old traditional and monastic remedies. The preparation processes aim to preserve the natural properties of the plants and fruits used.
