This extra dark chocolate with 100% cacao is made with the finest organic, ethical and sustainably sourced, single origin Nicaraguan cocoa beans, this bar is a tribute to the art of slow chocolate making, where every step from roasting to tempering is done with precision and care.
This extra dark chocolate has an intense matte black colour, pure and unadulterated cocoa in its most natural form. With a deep, powerful cocoa aroma that has notes of roasted coffee, tobacco leaf and dried fruits.
Leave the chocolate to melt in your mouth over time. Chocolate should not be chewed, it should be savoured like a fine wine.
