A traditional Transylvanian rose petal jam recipe made with only organic Damask rose petals, natural sugar & organic lemon juice. That's it! 100% natural, free from additives and certified organic. Prepared in the traditional way - in a pot with a wooden spoon. The jam is made by hand, with the jars being filled, sealed & labelled one by one.

Known as the Queen of flowers, the Damask rose is supremely fragrant and has been used for centuries to produce rose water and rose oils. This rose jam is exquisitely light & floral - a real must try!

We love it on top of rice pudding, served with vanilla ice cream & poached rhubarb or with freshly baked scones for the ultimate afternoon tea.
