This forest raspberry jam is made by Cămara Pogana, in a breathtaking area of Romania, nestled halfway along one of Romania's most beautiful mountain roads 'Transalpina'. It is made according to a traditional recipe, using only two ingredients: handpicked wild raspberries from the spontaneous flora of the Cindrel mountains and sugar. That's it. Absolutely no additives or preservatives, just a pure taste of nature preserved in every jar.

Certified as a Mountain Product by Romania's Ministry of agriculture, this jam is a true celebration of authenticity.  With its vivid colour and intensely fruity, natural taste, this jam is a delicacy white a pure taste of Transylvania's wild heart. Perfect for spreading on fresh bread, swirling into yoghurt or enjoying by the spoonful.
