In Livstory's micro-factory in Brașov, bean to bar chocolate is made by hand in small batches, with transparency and respect for the cocoa's origin. This bar is crafted from single origin Trinitario cocoa beans grown at Zorzal Reserve in the Dominican Republic, a rare agroforestry project that protects biodiversity while cultivating some of the world's finest cacao. The beans are known for their bright fruitiness, subtle spice and smooth body.
To this 67% semi sweet dark chocolate, Livstory adds 3% powdered ginger. The result is a bar that opens with notes of red berries and warm cocoa, then unfolds into a lively ginger warmth that tingles on the palate without overpowering. The balance of fruit Trinitario cocoa and zesty ginger creates an uplifting and energising experience.
