Description
A light fruit compote made from only bilberries, water and lemon juice - absolutely no added sugar.
The consumption of bilberries offers good protection for the heart, they are tonic for the whole body and have antibacterial and antiseptic effects.
The medicinal plants and fruits that are used as ingredients for the products made by Măgură Monastery are collected from the spontaneous flora of the surroundings of the monastery, in the area of the Cindrel Mountains or are grown in the monastery's herb garden. The entire process, from picking, drying, shredding, preparation, packaging and labelling, is done by hand. Their recipes are their own and are based on old traditional and monastic remedies. The preparation processes aim to preserve the natural properties of the plants and fruits used.
