Freshly harvested grapes & sour cherries are cold pressed to make juice. The fruit juice is fermented for 14 days in oak acetates to make this vinegar. This is one of the few remaining vinegar factories that produce vinegar with 100% natural fermentation. A raw, unpasteurised fruit vinegar.
We love this with fresh lemon, basil, mustard & pumpkin seed oil to make a punchy vinaigrette. Perfect served with soft white cheese salads.
