Description
This natural, Romanian jam recipe is made only from garden grown rhubarb and apples - absolutely no added sugar, but very delicious! 100% natural & free from additives & preservatives. Prepared in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, by hand.
A soft set, sweet & tangy jam that we love served in the morning on hot buttered toast or swirled into a bowl of yoghurt.
